Morning gooby, nice to see the roof off, but its the wrong car!! have a good day today at the wedding!

Still looks good for tomorrow night but i will double check today with the wife, sunday is a possibility but i might have to make it brief, again i will try and find out.

I was so impressed with the Larini the other day, did you guys check out the comparison videos posted recently?? Thankyou so much andrewm for recomending it, it sounds so good. I dont think i can wait that long for it.

Can anyone think of any other little bits i could have done when she is in?? Still thinking of getting the instrument binnicle done in alcantara.

See you guys soon

Have fun this weekend guys, I'm not around - not that I've got a car at the moment! I'm hoping to hear today when I get it back, but I'm off on holiday next week for two weeks so it'll probably be 1st weekend in September before I'm around next.

Have fun all!

I may be able to make it. Got a lot on this weekend, but I'll do my best !

Beachbum, I am ordering more air filters at the moment so it would be good to a have a good nose at your engine bay to see if I can design one to suit the 111R.

Not around this weekend. Enjoyed the Devon run last Sunday though - some fun roads too.

Next hillclimb to visit will be Gurston Down on the August bank holiday weekend - it's a big national meeting and i've entered. Just waiting to see if I get an entry as it is normally oversubscribed.

Just1 - go for an ITG whilst the Larini is being fitted, also it may be worth thinking about a sports cat if you don't fancy a cat by-pass.

See you guys soon.

Cheers
A

Apparently the gear cable had been ordered through "Westover Sports Cars" - mysteriously it failed to be delivered with Westover's last delivery....

Now that's either a Lotus -up or a Westover -up.

Typical.....

Just1, dont waste £300 on an ITG. Its good but not worth £200 over the induction kit I could sell you! You'vre heard mine in action. They are a £100. All sold out at the moment but I should have some more coming in next week. Let us know. Might be able to let you try the development kit to see what you think. Never fitted one to an S2, but shouldnt be a problem.

Piooly.

Try the all American Car wash on Ringwood road opposite Halfords. Behind tower park in poole. Its about £20 and they will do everything. They can even teflon coat the car for £100, its amazing stuff, I want to get mine done.

Hi Guys,
Been in amsterdam for the last few days, jus got back and decided to see if i could get some further info on camera locations regarding the trip to devon last week.

1st checked the AA map with all the scamera (inc specs) locations...none that concern.

2nd checked the dorset camera website www.dorsetsafetycameras.org.uk and the devon and cornwall site http://dcsafetycameras.org for...

Mobile cameras...
None on A35 in dorset last week but CURRENTLY one there operating so beware.

Fixed cameras...
only in 30mph zones on A35 in Dorset

This may also explain what was seen...

"You are also likely to see some fixed cameras (some of which may be painted yellow) that are not listed on this site. These cameras do not meet the current criteria for inclusion in our operations. The sites are regulary monitored and should they meet the necessary criteria in the future they will be painted yellow (if not already) and listed on our web site. "

i.e. some cameras are up and working but not authorised to be directly used for procecution.

Have a look at the above site as maps are also provided of camera locations.
