Car sale question - high mileage S2

Hi

I have just seen an 52 plate Elise s2 on ebay with c.55k on the clock - its high mileage which doesnot bother me as it will be a second car - any thoughts on what it will be worth / things to look out for?

there's one in autotrader at the moment with the same mileage for £15k. that's from a garage tho so i'd guess about £13k if private but on ebay it really depends on interest in the car as it could go for far less.
