Front Wishbone suspension arm mounts

I viewed an elise that had a slight bend in the top of the wishbone suspension mount, the sides were straight.

At the time, I thought it looked like someone might have used a pry bar or screwdriver to pop out the wishbone and put a slight bend in the top. It looks similar to this photo I found on google attached below.

Does this occur on a lot of cars and should it be of concern?
