Whats your tyre recommendation?

I have a 300bhp Elise which I enjoy all year round, covering more than 5k miles last year.

Its not a track toy and it's not a tourer. But it modded and I want to play and enjoy it, on Sunday blasts, European trips, etc... Conflicting I know!

So, I'm after the best tyre which grips and rewards... but can get me home when it starts to rain and its 10'c.

My problem - most tyres that would fit the bill, do not fit the 195/50r16 or 205/45r16 front wheels fitment.

I'd love to know your choice.... What tyres do you recommend?

PS4 I'd say. Unfortunately PS4S don't come in your required sizes.

Yep, PS4 is a good bet for a performance road tyre.

Mines an a fast road car with no tracks near by and I rate the PS4. I choose 205/50 and 235/45 on mine. I live in an area with pretty demanding roads and they cope without overheating, providing strong grip with plenty of feel. If I’m caught out in a downpour I don’t feel like they are going to kill me, actually they are quite confidence inspiring.

Yokohama V105's? Standard equipment, and that's what I'm changing to next on my 275bhp road only use Elise.
