I know there are two sides to every argument but the content of this report looks pretty convincing to me!

The biggest issue isnt cars anymore, its all the other vehicles that are used, from Scooters to Airliners.
Cant remember where I heard it, but the theory is that a fully emmisions complient bus, puts out such dirty fumes, that a car following it and using said fumes, would actually clean the air to the point that its emmisions would still be lower.
ie. the Car would actually clean the air of bus and be acting as an additional filter.

How crazy is that.

I can see that the theory is correct, to my limited knowledge, perhaps that should be "it makes sence to me" but that does not proove it to be correct. How do we know it is correct. So much around this subject is based on incomplete models. These models are incomplete due to our lack of knowledge regarding the holistic way in which climate and weather is formed and influenced.

It would also make sence that an increase in CO2 would start a warming process ans as a consequence of increased warming more water vapour is produced causing the cycle to accelerate.

Interesting but I dont think it supports us petrol heads in that it is not us causing the problem. We are part of the problem but not in the way the government justifies tax hikes. Our contribution is very small but quantifiable.

If this is true then development of hydrogen powered transport will be the most dangerous way forward.
