BACK IN BLACK!

"Back in Black
I hit the sack
I been too long
I'm glad to be back
Yes, I'm dead loose
from the noose that's kept me hanging around.
I'm just, uh, livin' on the side 'cause it's gettin' me high,
forget the hearse cause I never die.
I got nine lives, cat's eyes,
each and evry one of them is wondrin why,
cause I'm back!
Yes, I'm back!
Mama, I'm Back!
Yes, I'm back!
Well, I'm back, back.
Well, I'm back in black, yes I'm back in black! Ow!"

Thanks mate - it's bl--dy brilliant. Total, utter nonsense. Porn, porn, porn.
On a slightly more serious note I must say a few quick thanks on this one too.
Since the accident I've had lots of help and support from a good few people. If I forget to mention you, I apologise you know who you are...
- Raify & Jay
- My Family & Friends who have been sooo supportive
- The Kent Lotus group, especially Val, Dave, Kevin, Alex, Rick, Matt and all who put up with my whining and moaning.
- Wayne & Mark from Sinclaires who really helped out with the assessment (hope Le Mans was good chaps)
- Steve G (aka anniesdad on here) from Europa Consultants (Accident Mgmt Company) who helped resolve the claim quickly and efficiently. I can heartily recommend Steve's help should you be unfortunate enough to have a stack and it's not your fault. Steve, THANK YOU AGAIN!
- All the SELOC'ers who gave moral support from their forums, and who answered all my questions about the S160 variant and the other daft questions. Especially thanks to NickB and Lorraine from the club for giving me a taster of the S160 world, and for Nick coming out with me to view and offer advice.
- All the Pistonheaders who gave me moral support on this forums, especially Iain and Simon, the Boggy's, and all you guys and gals on here in the Elise forum. I can't name you all for fear of forgetting someone but thank you SO much for your camaraderie!
- LoopyMattyB for being a damn good bloke, coming to meet me to see the car, getting it serviced and MOT'd before the sale. Best of luck with the house mate
You'll be back in a Lotus before you know it!!
Thanks one and all - there was never a minute that I thought I wasn't going to get another. Cheers, Tim

Morning all,
Hi Tim,
She looked wicked in those photo's mate, top choice at least you got it in time to enjoy the last of the Weekend sunshine Fantastic news
Boggy
Bl--dy webshots, for some reason the link only works for a while. Back to fotango it is then...
How does it compare? Well it's a very, very different animal that's for sure. Much much quicker, on cam its superb, lumpy as hell at low revs but I like it. Pops and bangs on the overrun, fast-forward scenery quick, and just so damn loud when you're giving it the Johnny Big Potatoes.
It's more poised due to the lower setup, the LSS is great, not crashy or bang-ey at all, grip is excellent.
At motorway cruising speeds in 5th though it's docile as anything, very nice... and when twunts in Porker Boxster S's come up your backside and sit an inch off your tailpipes you can comfortably drop it into 2nd at 60 and blow their doors clean off!

So when you are there waxing down the car and buffing it to a good shine you think it is a bloke?
Shudder!
The only disapointing thing is mine looks terrible and sad striped down.
