The dealer gave me 2k less for part exchange and told me the Sport 350 is different to Exige S? I didn't know what is the difference? the dealer told me Sport 350 is a newer model? is it true? any difference?
Yep, they are completely different, you really need to do some research before buying one or the other!Have read through this https://wiki.seloc.org/a/Models_-_Exige_V6
Never had a black car, but as said keeping them looking clean seems a pain. Saying that, if it's a second car you can keep it clean in the garage for when it's used.
Military Grey is a lovely colour, very light sensitive for how it looks.

Yep, they are completely different, you really need to do some research before buying one or the other! The black car is a Sport 350, a model introduced late 2015. Signified externally by the louvred engine cover, slightly different diffuser design and various matte black panels that came as standard.
It replaced the original V6S (the grey car is an example), and included a number of platform updates that are mostly unseen, but some are useful and seen as welcome changes. One was the updated gear shift for manual cars, and another was a new switch pack for the lighting and HVAC controls, as a common complaint was the poor lighting for the various switchgear that left some ambiguity whether you pressed the button or not. Also there was a minor update to the instrument dials.
An upshot to the total list of changes was a reduction in weight. Personally, as you're looking at IPS cars (automatics) the improved manual shift isn't a concern so really it comes down to your colour preference, price and whether you feel the 350 Sport changes are something you 'need'.
I've had a black S2 and a grey V6S previously. If I was faced with the choice you're looking to make, I'd go with the grey.
