Elise S3 - Oil cooler - need help.

While replacing the oil cooler, I have snapped oil cooler inlet and outlets. Have managed to remove the inlet from feed oil hose connector. But unfortunately the oil cooler outlet has become stuck inside the return oil hose connector, as per photo.

Would be grateful for suggestions how to remove the outlet piece from the oil hose connector.

Can't help on getting pipe out. But that looks like the old type oil connection. Fitted up to 2011 on 2zz engine cars. If it is there is a Lotus recall for replacement.
