Does anybody know the difference between the Larini 'Sport' and 'ClubSport' exhausts for S1 Elises, apart from the Sport being £54 more?

from the pics it looks like the tailpipes split a bit earlier and the box is bigger on the Sport.

Anybody got either one? how does it sound?

Cheers

Yup, fitted it couple of weeks ago

I have a S2 111S (My 04) and put the Larini back box on. It now has the std cat and then the new exhaust. I know they do basically back box and sports cat options but I didn't know they had a club sport / sport spec. Perhaps it's something specific to the S1 ?!

Anyway, give them a call - they are VERY knowledgeable and VERY welcoming, and I am immensely impressed with their product. What they sell is not cheap, but the quality is really there and so, for me, very worth it!

Good luck, and let us know how you get on

DING That's exactly the attitude I take. Quality is the single most important factor with these things.

Looking forward to seeing/hearing yours at a meet sometime soon Tony!

Thanks for the Info. There is the Sport and ClubSport for the S1 Elise, just the Sport for the S2

in all honesty i didnt think the prices were that bad - £296 +vat for the ClubSport and £350 +vat for the Sport.

see www.larinisystems.com for pics etc, looks like a top quality bit of kit, as you say!!! the clubsport has a smaller silencer, lookin at the pics

my mrs is buying me one for my birthday

That's very decently priced. I paid £400ish for my B&C stainless steel one.

slightly different silencers and one is adjustable at the tail pipe end of the box (essential IMHO).
