have creaking behind your head

ok after reading about the thread "exige-rattles and creaks" i thought i might be able to help some of you guys with one of the creaks i have found and stopped
right here we go, i picked up my Elise only last week and since then i have had the roof off a few times and on most occasions the noise seemed to be coming from behind my head just to my right of the head rest and on other occasions it was in the same area but on the other side, now like most of you i expected to get some noise's but this creaking was driving me nuts so i did some looking around and found that it was the black edging that runs up the inside of the body work, and where it runs up to the top plastic cover that covers the roll bar it then runs up behind the top cover by a 1" or more and this is where the creaking was coming from, so all i did was cut it back a bit and now i have no more creaks from either side.
