Yesterday within moments of starting up my S1 Elise the inside of the glass around the mileage/fuel display steamed up.

Driving was normal and the fluids were all where they should be when I got home but it was slightly worrying. Has anyone seen this behaviour before. The car had been standing out in the heat of the day for about 8 hours before I started up.

I think it's a feature. Mine does it on occasion too. No trouble with fluid levels here either touch wood

Probably a little condensation. Wouldn't worry about it unless things stop working.

Thanks for the reassurances guys, my main concern was that water plus electricity equals disaster but it seems there's nothing bad going on.
