temperature sender

Numpty question coming up ...

Can someone direct me to the temperature sender, I think mine is duff and have ordered a replacement to fit.

Hi,
the stack sender is on the same pipe as the ECU one (top left of the engine), on the underside of the pipe (on an S1 at least). Difficult to get a spanner onto!
