Back to Lotus with a bang

Nice one. Looks like an awesone car. Enjoy.
What spec?
I am on my first Lotus and loving it. Much more exciting driving one of these than all the heavy over refined crap other companies now sell.

Exige 430 Cup.
If you YouTube it you’ll see the car which was bought from Leven Edinburgh. The video will
Go through the spec. The video is what made me go and look at it. Brought it home on Tuesday.
Went out today up to Fife over the bridge.
The car is an absolute rocket and when the valves open at 4300RPM it sounds amazing with the Titanium exhaust. A totally different animal to my last 2008 Exige 240S. Dead easy to drive through town and quiet so you don’t look like a tt.
Turn in speeds are just bonkers and it just holds the road like glue on the twisty stuff.
J hook brakes crazy at scrubbing off the speed but will need much more practice not braking far to early.
It’s a brilliant and extremely fast car for the money and it’s a joy to drive a proper racing car again with a manual gearbox.

Every time I look at these it makes me think twice, three times, then four times about the deposit I just placed on a GT4 Cayman. Lovely!
I'm only in Fife. When I get the GT4 in a little over a week I'd love to come and see this thing in real life.
No problem. Let me know. I'm only in Fife. When I get the GT4 in a little over a week I'd love to come and see this thing in real life.
Err bit embarrassing but I do not know the shade...I`ll have to ask the dealer...I simply thought it looked fantastic and I did not really need to know the shade...
I traded in my Evora 400 Hethel Edition, which was an excellent car. I hadn`t planned to change it at the time, but saw the Exige in the flesh and decided to go for it...I was already thinking of buying a second hand Exige Cup in the spring and getting it converted to 460hp plus some other mods, which would have been a chunk cheaper on the face of it...my man maths told me the cost of ownership would probably be similar, and maybe cheaper due to the rarity of this car? Either way I`m not bothered as I don't think I`ll be selling it.
