Rear window storage where?

afternoon all just a quickie, where does the rear window go when taken out as had to leave at home this morning cheers for the help

With my Dad's early Mk1 Elise, there is a leather (or imitation) rear window bag. It came with the car.

Normally once removed its placed in said bag and left in the garage. It could concievably fit in the netting behind the seats and will probably fit in the boot if you have a soft (the earlier Elise again) rather than hard boot liner.

I have been wondering this and it has really been annoying me, so i decided that i will buy a polycarbonate rear window that i don't care about.

I can take it out and just chuck it in the footwell or behind the seats and not worry about it breaking.
