Seeking bodywork for Lotus Exige GT3

Currently have built up a Lotus Exige GT3 which will be raced in Dutch Supercar Challenge next year, the only part of the car missing is the smooth engine lid which was fitted on the factory built motorsport GT3, as shown in the photo. Would anyone on here know where these could be located? Already have one but has had large holes cut in many years ago and the weight of filler to fill the holes is outrageous.
