Morning all,

Currently in the market for an Exige series 3. Have my eyes on a 65 reg club racer. The one in question is a low mileage example with only one owner. Anything to look out for when I go to view it?

I have driven a V6 Exige in the past, although that was a year ago.

Any help is appreciated thanks

Not sure if you're on seloc but there's a (quite long running) thread there over discussing most facets of the model, has a bit of a market-watch on the go.

Thanks for the reply, I have just registered on the site. Is there a link to the specific thread you mentioned?

Heres the thread, all 348 pages of it!

Beware the constant gripes about new Exiges being over priced, and who the hell would buy a new 380 Cup at £95K when you could buy a 5 year old V6 S for £40K, it's just irrelvant whinging.

There's some useful info on there though so worth trawling through it.

Any questions just shout.

I'm in the notion for a Lotus and the Exige V6 has my interest.

The above is stunning!

I want a roadster or a coupe with the soft top conversion. I like to go topless for my fun car as it's only used on good days.

Personally I think the roadster, without wings and splitter, looks far better roof off. They seem to sell for less than the coupes too.

Thanks it was a difficult decision on the specs with so many options. Consensus seems to be it looks better in the flesh than photos so glad you like the pics!
