So Easter Saturday, there's a knock at the door... "err sorry, don't know if you know (I mean it's 8am on Saturday morning why would I know?), someone has smashed your sports cars windows..."
The mindlessness of it is what I can't get over.. it's not like they stole the stereo or anything just decided to smash the windows.
I phoned Autoglass, their suppliers don't have a date for when they can get the glass, National Windscreens, still waiting for them to call back, Westover Lotus, has one person working in their service department and she's with a customer and she might call me back later today... it's times like this I could just sell the bloody thing and get a ford Mondeo....
To add insult to injury the Insurance excess is £75.00 per window, so that's £150.00 I now have to find...
According to the insurance company, I can get the glass repaired and submit a receipt for the work etc, I don't have to use Autoglass.
Anyone know anyone else who might be able to help me out?

Doh! If none of the big windscreen companies have one and your local Lotus dealer don't, I'm not sure where else you can go.

Problem I'm told is sourcing the door glass... windscreen is easy apparently.... I've left a message for DeRoure (B&C) but apparently it's a factory order... so I'm guessing it's not a quick thing...
Luckily it's not been raining much..... oh wait....Gonna wrap her up in plastic sheeting until I can get it sorted.
