After two and a half years and 17,000 miles I have just watched my car being driven away by its new owner.

I washed and cleaned it this morning and it was looking and sounding fantastic as it drove away down the road with the sports exhaust burbling.

To make matters worse it is a gorgeous day which would have been perfect for a roof off blast around Brecon.

Really going to miss it but at least I have the fun of starting to look for the Exige.

Every cloud has a silver lining dude, and when that Exige turns up you'll be on

know the feeling, my griffith sailed (?) into the sunset yesterday. these things were meant to try us. on the bright side it frees us up to try something new...i'd like to have a crack at a 111s if anyone could point me in the direction of a nice one.

I have mate but I am having hells own job in deciding on a colour.

Part of me loves the Krypton Green and Chrome Orange and if I was buying an Exige just as a toy for the summer I would definately go for one of these colours but think they would be a bit too much for an everyday car.

I do like the Graphite, it looks very classy but I think it can make the car look a bit sombre at times. Exiges need a bright colour to show off the lines and grab a bit of attention.

I have a bit of a thing for Ardent Red at the moment. It looks fantastic with the black wheels and trim.

I wont be in a position to move on a car for another 3-4 weeks though so will have to see what is around then.

Same story here - I sold my pride & joy on Ssaturday - after being on the market for 1 day! I didn't get the chance to adjust to it's 'for sale' status, let alone the possibility of it actually going to a new home

Hey ho - cash ready now to buy something new

2bit.

Nice. Where did you buy the Exige from?

If your around this weekend at all let me know. I wouldnt mind having a nose round the car and a quick pax ride (even if it is still being run in).

Cheers.

Davey:

Bought from Williams Auto's.

This weekend doesn't look good for a drive, but email me at richardgriffiths { @ }hotmail.co.uk - I'm sure we can arrange something.

Steff:

Loved the S1 - really REALLY love the Exige.

*edit* Will try to post some pics over the weekend.

Rich.

Saw that car at Williams before. Very nice. Did you chop the S1 in for it?

Yes, and Yes - the 'special' seats sold it to me.
Did you get my last email?
