3000 miles and the first mark/scratch on the car (S2). Gutted. Caught the passengers side wheel arch on a concrete post the other day. The bad news is that it not only removed the paint but also took out some of the body work. It's right on the edge.
I'm waiting for the quote to come back from HR Owen at St Albans, but wondered if anyone else has used/heard/would recommend a good garage or body work specialist so I can get another quote.

Any help/advice (apart from don't do it again) would be greatfully received.

Cheers,
Geoff...

I did almost the exact same thing except on drivers side, there was a scrape about 6-8 inches long and a small crack in the wheel arch.

It was repaired by Specialised Paintwork in Reading who did a superb job. Cost about £300 IIRC.

Geoff

I used Breachwood Body Shop (about 4miles from Luton Airport) when a straw bale argued with my front clam (s1) and won.

They did an absolutely superb job on the fibreglass and the respray was blown in perfectly.

Highly recommended.

Thanks everyone for the help.
Just received the quote from HRC Owen at St Albans, Labour £432, P/M £150.
A total cost of £582, which seems quite high to me.
I think I'll try one of the other garages quoted above.

Cheers everyone,
Geoff...
