Elise S1 Dash Infill Panels

Possibly a bit of a long shot, but here goes - does anybody know if the dash infill panels, which usually match the colour of the rest of the dash, were ever available colour coded with the body work as an option?

Or, if this has been done, it is purely an after market addition?

If it's been done, it will be to cover scratches and scrapes as the original finish is hard to replicate (in fact, I've never seen it done).

Definitely never a factory option on the S1. The original finish is a paint called Senotex. It's very hard to replicate so you see a lot of after market 'carbon effect' or painted finishes. Looks good but not original.
