Cup260 hunt

Hi all,

Having sold my s2 at the end of summer I fancy a proper cup260 as it's replacement. Having searched a little already it seems they are extremely thin on the ground.

Any owners on here presently??

If you find a decent one jump on it straightaway - they are pretty rare. Prices firming as well, £40K is not unusual for a decent one, possibly even more. Hoffmans had a decent one for around 37K a little while back but I don't think they knew what they had. It sold pretty much immediately.

I've just agreed to purchase my old one back, having had a 211 and V6 Exige in the meantime. Cup 260 is such a special combination, a proper Lotus Motorsport car but with a decent level of practicality.

I did speak to Hoffmans and they said they probably sold it too cheap. It's gone to France now.

If you don't mind me asking what colour is yours and is it a my10 car.

Just trying to see what I've got left to ay with.

To be honest I know I'm looking 38-40.

One come up for sale on the Facebook group Lotus Owners and Enthusiasts. It's in the USA tho.

Have found out that mine is unique, only car in the world made to the specification in 2010..! Nice certificate from Lotus too.
