I want to fit a quick release hub to my s1, whilst I really like the standard wheel I don't think of the QR kits are compatible with it. I'm going to fit a spacer and possibly go slightly smaller - I'm 6'4" and need to drive around my knees...

Keen on the momo team but, please. show me your wheels!

Quick release wheels almost always space the wheel out significantly anyway, I wouldn't actually fit a spacer until you've tried the new wheel without one. smile

Thanks Kambites, I was looking at the eliseparts qr kit, which claims it doesn't move the wheel out - but I do want to love the wheel! Or get a dished one possibly.

Do you know if there are any qr kits which will fit the standard wheel?

Lovely, I had one very similar on my p1 but it went very shiny, very quickly. And the frigging horn push kept falling out under hard acceleration (450bhp 4wd 1250kg acceleration!)

I'm not aware of a kit that will take the standard wheel, no. frown

If you do buy a kit, try to read some reviews from people who've had them a while and used them a lot. Some of the cheaper kits wear so if you snap the wheel on and off too often you can get play between the wheel and the hub.

I have the EliseParts QR and the Momo88 wheel. It did not move the wheel any and I do like it. I will be changing it out to an AiM GT320 wheel though...

Unfortunately so did mine. I tried all the tips to bring it back but gave up. I now have one the a Momo the same as the one in the picture that LIVY posted.

Here's my removeable one.

I'm 6'3 and have no issues whatsoever space wise. Seat isn't even on the furthest position (I do love to be up close though).

Mine looks like that too - have you looked at refurb options?

That's standard issue from Lotus on the V6 Cup. It's a Momo Tuner, £150 to £170 thereabouts to buy on the aftermarket.

Here's mine:
