Possible new owner

I was wondering if there are any general guidelines when looking at buying an Exige S? i currently have a TVR T350t, but I've had it for over 5 years and I really wanted an Exige when i bought it, but went for the more "practical" car. The kind of thing I'm looking for would be like the 2007 "super sports" that is for sale at Silverstone. Does anyone know this car, as it looks a bit dirty and well used in the photos, and although highly upgraded a bit pricey compared to others. Any help would be much appreciated.
