Hi,

I was lucky enough last year to spend a few hours on a deserted Hethel test track with the new Exige 360 Cup. I was writing a piece for a Lotus club magazine but I decided to try and shoot some video. I'm not a presenter and it was shot last minute with next to no budget (I know I'm selling this well!) but as yet I believe I'm the only person to have shot video with the 360 on track. Anyway have a watch if you like:

Nice one Dave.

You have the right accent for film presenting.
You have driven the car on track and commentated at the same time (if a tad too much talking) this is apparent hard to do.
Sound wise, the mic seems to pic up too much bottom end of the exhaust.

Oh and quit saying 'erm'

I'm impressed anyway.

I had a go in a standard V6 Exige, and that was fast, so I'd love a go in a cup.

Thanks BeBee!

I agree, I waffled far too much. I hate how much I say 'erm' too. I need to find a way to not say it. I don't know I'm doing it at the time.

Somewhat weird seeing leaves still on the trees, has that been in the editing suite for the last 6 months?!

Entertaining none the less, although I am clearly biased in any case!

Shot in October but I moved shortly after and it took BT until late January to get my broadband installed!! It's hard to upload a 10gb file anywhere else! Glad you enjoyed it though. Again lessons were learned and should I get the chance to do something like that again I'll aim to up the quality!
