I've spent most of my time on PH on the Caterham forums, with a year or 2 on the TVR, now it's time to frequent the Lotus forums smile

I still have the 7 but can't see it being used much now this has arrived.

So impressed with the little thing, a step up in build quality from what I remember..

Last time I owned a Lotus PH wasn't invented.tongue out

Any Local owners in the wigan.west lancs area here? Be great to have a catch up.
I'm on SELOC but a lot of the guys seem to be down South.

Anyway here's the car, cheers lads.

Very nice and yes, I'm in Eccleston St. Helens so not too far away. Are you on NORLOG? Some decent run outs get organised on there, even the unofficial club ones.

Thanks guys for that, appreciated.

Yes, tickle, just up the Rainford bypass from you. Recently joined Norlog. I'd be great to catch up at some point.

Get along to the monthly meet at Cornerhouse near Parbold. 1st one is the 6th March.

Cheers lads.

Not a problem, sounds like a plan... as you say though, just waiting for some decent weather! If it's dry I shall try to get to the Cornerhouse. Am I right in thinking the Cornerhouse used to be the Mulberry Tree?

Cornerhouse = Mulberry tree, spot on.

We'll have to have a meet up at some point, haven't as yet found any other local owners to compare notes with, loads of 7's local though.

I got the roof off it yesterday, just looking around for a deal on a soft top now and a storage bag for hard top.........just in case the weather is kind to us shortly smile Catch you soon!

Love it. Great choice and hope to see it in the flesh at the various club events up and down the country this year. Have you joined any other Lotus clubs / forums besides SELOC?

Kenny

I'm Wigan based, have had both an Elise and a 7. In fact I'm torn for my next fun car between a Cup like yours or a 7 360R.

I'll have to take a look at your Cup at a Cornerhouse meet. Might not make the 6th though, it's Mothers Day so I'll need a pass!!

Out of interest, has Ron Hodgsons had your 7 up for sale?

Hey LIVY thanks, I was a member of Club Lotus many years ago and will renew again I think, unless anything else has come to the fore over the last 10 years. Hope to meet up at a show, cheers.

Hiya mate, get in touch and come around for a tyre kick whenever you want, be nice to meet up. What 7 have you got?, there's a few owners in the area.

Yes mine's at Ron's at the moment, mainly for storage reasons hence the price.

I'm between Caterhams at the moment. I had a Supersport 140 and I'm looking to move up to something more powerful, so probably a 360R or maybe a 420.

Had my Elise for 7 years and loved it, so I might yet try a Cup. I'm sure I'd find it much more useable than a Cat but I don't know if it'd give me the same buzz....

I can't imagine how much attention the Cup gets in Toxic Green, what a fab colour clap
