The second one was manufactured in 2007, so it can't possibly be a CUP260. CUP260s were only built in 2009 and 20010. And also be careful of converted cars. They don't always install the light weight intake tube, or install the larger intercooler or even install the lighter flywheel...lots of people argue that those upgrades don't increase the HP, but those parts are required to be called a CUP260.
In most cases, all they do is upgrade the injectors and re-flash the ECU (they don't even change it out to the official one) and call it a converted to CUP260...
Unless they can prove that all of the upgrades have been accomplished, I'd say that that is false advertising...
