As per title, how do the heater controls differ between aircon-equipped S2s and those with conventional heaters? I've heard tales of more vents in A/C cars - where might these be found please?

Am I correct in thinking that the heater controls pictured below are for a normal (non A/C) setup (three knobs, no buttons):

..while these heater controls belong to a car with A/C (buttons between the knobs)..?

Or am I barking up the wrong tree? If so, how can I differentiate between the two from a shot of the cabin?

Nice one guys - thanks!

In that case there are a fair few vehicles advertised for sale apparently with (the optional) aircon but no mention of it in the ad..

One more thing to look out for, then smile

Aircon cars have the additional button next to the heater controls which will light up blue when switched on. Worth checking in person that the aircon is actually working, working aircon can be heard along with putting an additional couple of hundred rpm on the tickover speed, and obviously the chilled air. Broken aircon will still light up blue, but without the other indicators.

Broken aircon can be a LOT to fix so people may just be managing expectations by not mentioning it.
