On the S2 you'd probably want to retain the standard B4BP close ratio gearbox and pair that up with the VVC engine - the S2 111S came with a longer ratio box, the S1 111S had the B4BP.

I'd imagine it'd be far easier and cheaper to sell the car and buy a 111S than to convert it.
