Hello everyone,

I would like to install a repackable silencer for track days for my 111R.. I understand the best one is the 2bular however Jim Valentine seems to have quite a backlog and as a result I've not been successful in ordering what I need. Does anyone know an alternative?

Thanks

Yes, I do apologise - totally swamped with orders at the moment.

Eliseparts do a nice repackable. Made by Tullet and top quality.

99% my friend built them when he was at Tullet.

He's building me a system to replace my 2bular soon.

Please advise him -

a/. do not use threaded stainless fasteners on the silencer.

b/. never weld a hanger bracket to the removable end-cap - these exhausts move - a LOT.

I'd get a repackable muffler from Jim. I got mine a few years ago. Still ace.
Totally worth it. Light weight, good sound, low back pressure, beautifully build.
2.5" 22"x7" repackable H1 race muffler
I'd place an order and wait.

Thanks all for your insights,

Jim - I tried placing an order (through Lotus NL) so I am a lost customer. I wish I'd thought to post sooner as I originally tried to place an order 5 weeks ago

All the best

Never heard of you or Lotus NL - but enjoy your exhaust - whatever you end up with.
