s3 Exige with auto box.
Discussion
With the new trend of high powered sports/super cars coming out with no manual option. Do any of you think the Exige will be released with the SPS box ? (as per Evora SPS) I know this wouldn't be to everyones taste but it would be ideal for me after losing an argument with a Volvo while out on my bike. Long and short of it was i lost my right arm so a manual is out of the question. The cars on my list are a Porsche of some kind, probably a Carrera 4S. Or a RUF 3800 Cayman (if I can get one) or a second hand Mclaren 12c as all these cars have a gear change mechanism that can be used with one hand.
I'm going to test drive an Evora SPS to see what the auto box is like the i'll just have to wait and see if lotus think its worth a punt.

The manual drivetrain is rated to 500hp...Komotec fit an uprated clutch for the 430hp conversion but otherwise it all copes fine.
Looking at the Evora IPS figures, it is quicker to 60 and has better Co2 emissions.
When I am thrashing around in my Exige S3 and comparing to other fast machinery, the manual gear change whilst (which now has about 11000 miles on and is very smooth) comparatively slow keeps up with or is faster than most, short of an Aventador...just makes me wonder what it would be like with an auto or dsg type.
