Black Exige S for sale - belong to anyone here?
Discussion
Its a low mileage 2011 Exige 243PP. If its in your budget, negotiate a little. At the price I'd have a preference for the Isotope Green at HR Owens or the Light Blue at B+C or even the Exige sprint at B+C but thats purely a colour thing. Other than that its what one would expect from a reputable Lotus dealer. Be surprised if they refused a serious bid of around 31/31.5K. Other than that no reason to worry.

Any reason you didn't buy it?
Also, can't tell from the pics but are the seats the ones with the harness cut-outs?
I'll have a look over at SELOC, thanks.
They're probax seats from what I remember. I didn't buy it due to it being outside my budget.. It wasn't the one I went to look at, but had a look at it whilst I was waiting. Also, can't tell from the pics but are the seats the ones with the harness cut-outs?

It's only the colour (and that it's bloody miles away from me) that's making me hold off.
I believe an Exige should be a little bit bolder on the colour front.
The Isotope one for sale looks ok, but I want the 2010 facelift front end / rear spoiler as my last one had.
Seen this one? Looks well priced for 2010 MY and the mileage..I believe an Exige should be a little bit bolder on the colour front.

+1. It is however a 2009 car.http://www.pistonheads.com/classifieds/used-cars/l...
Saw that today.
I like the alcantara bits but the colour doesn't really jump out at me and the seats are wrong.(for me)
I was very spoilt with my last one - 2010 Burnt orange 240S, orange and black leather Probax, Sports / Performance pack, a/c, Ohlins.
It's going to be hard to find similar I know.
I'm not fussy though...
To be honest, without trying one out for size (it's been 3 years) I'm not 100% I can get in/out as easily as I did!
My local dealer is no more so Silverstone is the nearest and that's 80 mins away.

I contemplated that black one... but it would be an absolute bugger to clean, and I am admittedly anally retentive on the 'detailing' front. I bought the Aspen White one advertised on here privately about a month ago.
Agree, facelift S2s need a decent colour. White or Orange were my preference but did not want to contemplate the Hangar 111 conversions for insurance reasons.
