Does anyone have a sensible insurance company for an Elise S?
Also, if the insurance co request a Tracker, does anyone have a sensible company to approach for quotes / fitment?

Henderson Taylor have been good in my experience and never required a tracker.

I've found Admiral group to be pretty good (and they don't require a tracker, at least for my post-code).

Ta guys, I've actually found Tesco Bank Ins to be ideal for my needs and they don't need a Tracker.

LV= decided they could give me an awesome quote and would even mirror my NCD from my other car ..... except that they wouldn't cover me for theft or attempted theft until I'd got a tracker installed. Tesco weren't much more expensive and didn't require a tracker. Simple choice really.

Does this mean that you're getting your car this weekend? Hope the suns out.for you. Good luck with your car, it's a wonderful choice. Just take a little time to get used to it. Most silly accidents occur in the first couple of weeks of ownership. Welcome to Lotus!

To avoid confusion might be better off mentioning its a Series 3 S (Supercharged) which is not quite the same as a 111S. Have fun.

For the record I'm 55. I'm on my fifth Lotus. I hardly slept before picking up the last one. No other car has made me feel this way. After all the waiting time, the uncertainty over the colour etc etc the pleasure will simply overwhelm you.

Have a look here.

I'm with Manning and they were very competitive with unlimited free track day cover too.
