S1 starting problems immobiliser alarm

Hello all, any help would be much appreciated...

S1 been laid up for 6 months, batt was flat got it recharged, car turns over no issue, but it's not firing up in any way.

Do I need to re-set the alarm, or immobiliser, I think it's a cobra alarm and it has a fob.

Any ideas?

Hi ya....

The alarms immobliser cuts two circuits. Starter and fuel I believe. The control box for that is in the engine bay area. Beside the ecu. It has a cover over it. Once cover is removed, the unit is a sealed box and can not be opened. Also the wires going to it are all black. I do have a diagram here but no way to send it to you. Sorry to say. Also one silly thing! Have you checked the fuel cut off switch has not tripped??? This shuts off the fuel if you have a bump at all.
