Elise S2 Paint Blister Repair

Hi Guys,

I'm looking for any ideas on how to perform an effective repair on a 2" x 1" paint blister on the bottom of the drivers door on my 01 S2.

I can't do a complete door strip and repaint just now, so any ideas for a temporary fix would be much appreciated.

The clearcoat has come away from the base colour as is usual on the early S2.

I have heard of the idea of injecting superglue into a blister and smoothing out the excess to reattach the layers, does this really work ?
