Elise S2 Alarm / Shift Light

Hi, I’m hoping someone might be able to point me in the right direction, I have an S2 Elise with a Honda conversion, the red shift / alarm light seems to do the complete opposite to what is expected and is on all the time when driving, it does go out if you push the immobiliser button on the key but comes straight back on, alarm etc. all works. Any ideas? anyone know if this uses the standard Lotus ECU or has an added bit for the Honda conversion?

Any ideas / thoughts are welcomed.

Well it can't be using the lotus ecu can it? Best place to ask is SELOC . Good luck.
