Does anyone have any advice on how to fix the problem of the grey paint peeling off the inside of the Perspex of my Lotus Elise S1 Stack instrument cluster. On other posts I have seen comments on a thin carbon fibre stick on panels but have been unable to locate a source.

Any help would be appreciated as I am fed up with looking at a tatty instrument cluster.

I've got this too, except the paint on mine has peeled back over the lights and I get weird shadows across the dials.

I had a google a few months ago and found instructions on how to take the glass out and repaint it. I haven't got round to it yet though.

A stick on carbon thingy might look neater than a home made paint job...

Have you tried contacting STACK to see if they offer a direct replacement?

I think Bob vanM can do some grey stickers that you put on the outside of the stack to tidy them up a bit: http://bobvanm.brinkster.net/ronald.htm

Can't see it listed on the page, but drop him an email and ask.

I just received a Stack sticker from BobVanM, not had a chance to fit it yet as its easiest to remove the Stack from the car first, well worth a tenner.
