Has anybody seen the 2008 S2 R advertised on Autotrader, it's been on for months, looks perfect if, you like lime green ;-)

Anyway, it started at +£20k, it's now down to £18k, bit of a bargain if you ask me,
almost tempted to take the drive down to Kent ( it's 200 miles away ! ) myself....

Interested to know what the Brains Trust thinks ? :-)

I've followed the advertised car for the last couple of months too. For me there are two reasons. Firstly the colour. I actually think it's great. However as with many of the more flashy colours, we all like to look at them but are far less likely to take the plunge. Secondly, it's not a Lotus dealer which tends to make people, rightly or wrongly, more wary. For me the price is about right for a 2008 car. Need to check the history etc. If I was buying I'd certainly consider it. At £17500 you'd probably get yourself a deal. As for the guarantee, thats something else.
