Exige V6?

I've been looking at S2 Exige's, in 240 guise usually.... However every so often I read a V6 review and get quite tempted.

What do you recon the depreciation will be on one of the new V6's? It looks like a stunning car, and a lot of fun. The S1 and S2 Exiges have held up very well, I think from memory an S4 in 2004 cost £29k, and they're now around £19k.

I know everyone's been saying "they're expensive", but .... for a 350hp car, what else is around the £50k level that is anywhere near the toy the Exige is?

I'd imagine its depreciation will be similar to the other recent mainstream(ish) Lotus models. On the good side of average for the first three or four years or so then hitting a plateau at somewhere around half its original value.
