Got to say I was mighty impressed.
Does anybody on here know anything about this particular car?
The reg no. is WX57 FPZ

mmm, I was thinking about looking at that one. What is the blue paintwork like? I saw a different one a while back and it looked a bit like the non-metallic blue paint had faded from the original colour. But I could be wrong.
The colour is a gloss pale blue (non-metallic). I think it's technically called Powder Blue but is also known as Le Mans Blue or Gulf Blue (the pale blue colour that is synonymous with the Gulf oil company that were a major sponsor in Motorsport throughout the 60s).If you look at the Ford GT40s with the pale blue and orange livery, it looks that blue. I would also describe it as Baby Blue.

Seriously looking at this car. As previous owner is three anything you can tell me I should know. We're you first or second owner and if you were second, can I ask how much you let JCT have it for. Reason I ask is price is a sticking point and they just keep saying they can't do anything because of what they paid for it but won't tell me what that is. Thanks. Mark
The car is drop dead gorgeous. Somebody will pay the price even if is seems a tad expensive. JCT will just wait a while. Can't imagine they'll move on the price. Just have to decide what you want. You'll save yourself a wad by going for a different car. Up to you. Good luck with the search. If it's any help, it probably won't depreciate a great deal so up front its expensive, but in the long term perhaps not so. Good luck in the search, it's part of the fun.
I was the first owner, biggest mistake I made was trading her in for an Aston. I had been thinking about buying it back since contacting the 3rd owner about 6 months ago, but I hadn't expected the price to be so high, about 9k less than I originally paid for her & about 13k more than I traded her in for!

Ouch! To pay a £13k premium to buy back your own car a few years down the line would sting.Prices seem to have risen on Exiges over the past 3 years or so. Question is whether they maintain at these levels for the foreseeable..
Lovely, lovely car though. I drive past JCT regularly and keep seeing it out the front. It's very eye catching in that colour scheme.
These Club racers were going for 27k last year and the year and a bit less the year before I seem to remember when I was searching for an Exige. Prices definitely seem to have risen if people are paying anywhere near that price. I would be hoping to get a MY 2010 with performance pack and low miles for that money.
Sold mine for 27k 2.5 years ago with 13k on the clock and bought a my10 cup 260.
At 33k I would be saving up a little more and getting the cup 260 for sure.
One is just a exige s with nice paint and the other is truly a special S2 with detail I guess never to be repeated again by Lotus.
The cup 260 even rides better on uk roads.
