Fanbelt Squeal
Discussion
Check the condition of your belt (it's the auxiliary belt btw). Mine took to squealing like that and a couple of months later it let go as I was heading out the gate. I was lucky to be so close to home as it would have meant roadside rescue - one belt drives everything: alternator, compressor, water pump, supercharger. Replacement, on a/c equipped supercharged car at least, an absolute bh of a job to do on your own.
EDIT - I see you said 111s. Thats a lot less of a pain as you'll only lose the alternator if it fails, and I think it's an easier and simpler job to replace. Don't do the backstreet trick of spraying WD40 on the belt - it will slip silently and mess up your battery.

As above, check the tension and general condition.
Though saying that, the aux' belt on my Exige often momentarily squealed just after startup after heavy rain. Tension was ok on that belt, that came on the car, and even the fresh belt fitted at last service does it from time to time.
