2010 damaged elise sc on ebay

Has anybody been to have a look at this car?

Keen to see what would need to be replaced to bring it back to life. Would be interested in taking it on for track use if the numbers stack up.

I'm fairly positive that was a B&C demo that was crashed on a test drive. I had a good look at it at the time and I think you'll find it needs a new tub and that the damage is extensive.

Yep you can see the chassis has been hit in one of the photos & the rollbar may have moved too as the cover isn't sitting square on the O/S.

After reading the ebay description the uninformed would be thinking its a bargain.

Thanks for the responses I had actually missed the damaged tub on first glance so thanks for that.
Won't be going for this in that case. At 14k with only cosmetic and airbags to sort it looked tempting!

You could probably expect to spend at least the purchase price again in repairs and be left with a cat D that would be worth a shed load less than your outlay.

its UK Lotus Centre so buy at your own risk !!! Also with it being them it doesn't list if its CAT damaged which it probably will be
