Value advice requested - parts not car

Looking for some advice on what price to ask for some parts:

1. Full set of 240R drop forged alloy wheels in black with A048 tyres (roughly half worn)

2. Pair of Lotus Sport carbon bucket seats in black with yellow stitching. These are stupidly expensive if you buy them new.

With the seats I would ideally be looking for a part ex against a set of more standard seats, but a starting price would be very useful.

3. Full set of Nitron 1-way adjustable shocks; barely used since a full re-furb and re-valve to trackday pro spec.

Again I'd do an exchange for standard (K Series S2) shocks.

I'll have some other bits in due course as I return the car to stock but those are the crucial ones I think.

I don't have any current pictures I don't think. But both wheels and seats are in VGC. Think one wheel has a very superficial chip.
