Short people in elises. Seat insert?

Hi folks, went to look an elise with the girlfriend today. All is well but she struggled with not only the back rest angle, but also pulling the seat forward enough to comfortably depress the clutch pedal. Has anyone else had this problem? If so what was the solution?

Is a cushion or two really the best way forward?

When my sister bought her Elsie she had the dealer modify something so she could drive it . Will give her a call and ask her . She is about five foot tall

IIRC, you can reverse the seat rails and get an extra inch or so of movement.

The pedal box is also slightly adjustable - how much extra did she need from the clutch?

Just spoken to my sister . She is as vague as I was . She seems to think it was something to do with the runners but she cannot remember .

How tall is she? I'm 5'2" (with fairly stumpy legs) and manage Ok with the seat at the end of the runner.

Are you quite attached to the girlfriend? You could get a taller one, I believe they come in a variety of sizes
