Evening all. After the front clam was removed from my 111r a few weeks back for a new radiator and air con compressor the DAB reception on the Blaupunkt Woodstock radio is pants.

The cables are secure in the back of the unit as I have slipped it out to look. Anyone know where the aerial is kept to allow me to make further investigations as I suspect something is not pushed in where it should be?

Thanks,

Nick

If you take the front access panels off the aerial is should be taped to the underside of the centre section, and the cable from the radio will be hanging somewhere underneath it. Just connect back together.

Thanks for that. I have done as you advised and managed to find a screw together point and a push together point in two separate lines where you suggested. These were both secure initially. I unscrewed them, gave a blow and a good wipe and reconnected firmly.

VHF seems ok, but DAB is still rubbish. The aerial line seems to disappear into the nose of the clam which is beyond my access. I'm at a loss what to do now ? frown DAB reception was good before the clam off and as I say the plugs are good in the back of the radio.
