I'm hunting for an Exige S for about £25k - I've noticed on some 2007 models (and all those onwards) the steering wheel looks much better. It goes from looking a little flat to a much nicer shape with little indented features on it.

It's not the be-all and end-all - I'm just curios are there any other updates on those models where the steering wheel seems to have been updated?

Late 07 and 2008+ models all seem to be just above £25k - I'm, right on the brink! Will keep saving I guess....

Well, the biggest change brought in with that wheel was the inclusion of an airbag.

This came in with the 'facelift' passenger airbag dashboard with new vent, stereo location, speaker placement and starter button as well, and also new clocks. However when I was on the hunt for my 2008 Exige S there were a few interim build cars (08 as well) that had the new dash and wheel combo but still had the old white dials and instruments.

I plumped for a late 2008 model with all of the updates, and thankfully this had all the spec I was after as well.
