I've got a 2005 111r in Ireland but looking to move back to UK bringing the car with me. Only thing is the KPH stack, does anyone know if it's a big job to get a MPH front on it???

The cover is glued, I replaced one on a S1 stack dash and was successful in doing so. With a sharp knife I went round the edge where the glue is to lift out the front. With patience and some gentle persuasion you should be able to change it...
Good luck

Well, I have the opposite! My S1 (1997) has a stack showing mph and I would like to rebuild to km/h. I already replaced the stack glass with a new black version as the blue/grey painted area was chipping away. It's not that difficult; just takes patience and a sharp knife, gloves and goggles.

Are you telling me there are 'facias' available with kph? If so: source please!

HI, I'd like to do this on my S1 when it arrives (to Canada) but I couldn't figure out if those German overlays work on older cars?
