Is it possible ? S2 elise rear end to Exige?

Not knowing the ins and outs of the differences in body work, but would it be a direct swap of the rear ends from an elise to and exige. Also the roof panel would need to be swapped with the scoop being on there.
Is this too much p*ssin about to do the change, or just wait and get an Exige at the right money?
