I want to put a set of the oz racing wheels on my s1, obviously the pcd is different. So how much has to be changed if I was going to do it? Do the s2 hubs fit in s1 uprights? If not do s2 uprights work on s1 wishbones or does the whole lot need to be changed?

Are the any other advantages to using the s2 items, a change of geometry? I'd seen on exiges.com someone had done this.

Any thoughts appreciatedsmile

OK, read *all* of the following before doing anything!

yes you can fit S2 uprights to an S1, BUT!

1) offsets are different
2) Wheel PCD is different
3) Disk brake offsets, sizes and centre bore are different
4) CV's are different as are drive shafts
5) Speedo drive is different

(these are the major issues, there are some minor ones too)

I have done this on a few cars, but for other reasons, and as part of a bigger project, it's not something I would do just to change the wheels.

if all you want to do is run S2 wheels, use hub-adaptors (Eliseparts sell them)
