Hi all,

I had a track day today in my 2008 Elise SC.

I had an OBDkey connected to the car to record RPM and Throttle position so I could do some graphics on the videos I recorded.

However, when I looked at the data a little while ago the throttle position values seem quite a long way off.

Zero throttle is giving a reading of around 17.3%
Full throttle shows as 77.6%

I appreciate that these will often not show exactly 0 - 100%, but these seem a long way off.

Being a 2008 Toyota engine I'm guessing I have drive by wire throttle, and would therefore expect these values to be quite important and relatively accurate.

What are peoples thoughts on this?

Is it normal? Is something wrong?
And am I only getting 77.6% throttle? (I can't believe this is the case, as performance seems fine)

Thanks,

Exige S

I believe the car is mapped that way, the throttle doesn't get to 100%. It's changed as part of the 260 upgrade, amongst other things.

Hi does this mean that there is room for upgrading my standard '08 Elise SC ?
