I was hoping to put mine on this weekend, weather pending. Are there any decent guides on how to fit it about please?

Thanks,

Nick

Try this: http://www.billswebspace.com/LotusCupAirboxInstall...

From personal experience, you're going to need some patience. You'll have to bend the mount on the firewall more than you think, but it will go. Be careful clipping the filter+adaptor onto the part of the airbox you're keeping, the clasps snap very easily.

Out of interest, before I did mine, I called Christoper Neil and they quoted approx £100 to fit, which seemed reasonable. In hindsight it might have been easier to have them do it, had I not been changing the rear disks at the same time

One last thing...if it's supercharged...when you take it for a test drive, make sure the pax window is rolled down before you give it the beans for the 1st time. I guarantee the howl will sound ridiculous. Think Tie Fighter and you're nearly there!

I'm happy to let someone else do it. It's sitting in a box ready to be fitted so I'll hand it to the garage guys when it next goes in.

Thanks for the advice.
